Hi Dharma Friend, Can't believe this year is almost ending already. We hope we can have a meaningful gathering together on 1st of December. Hope you can all come ;)

On the last Sunday of October, 27th, we had a "Healing Spring Retreat". The day was filled with many kinds of Meditation. We began with Walking meditation in our backyard, and then lying down meditation, breathing meditation.  We did Yin and yang Dance, and Qi-gong to fill our energy moving along with the universe.We also did Yoga and meridian Massage.  Lunch was Korean, Bibimbab and nice fruit ..
