We have been offering meditation programs, and mindfulness classes outside of the centre for local residents as well.
Currently, we are teaching children about the history and teachings of Buddhas, meditation, and mindfulness through the SRE program at Umina Public School and Gosford Public School.
The centre has three Won-Buddhism reverends (Kyomunim 교무님), with many years of practicing meditation and mindfulness.
