Energy Healing Retreat - (Easter Sunday) March 2024

We extend our thanks to all those who attended the Energy Healing Retreat on the 31st March, even though it clashed with Easter.

 

We studied and experienced the principle of inner flowing energy, including the natural energy points of the seven chakra.

There was lots of positive feedback of participants' experience of deeper meditation.

As usual, the children had their own mindfulness session of meditation, chanting, and Dharma talk.

Everyone enjoyed LA kimbab and doenjangguk for lunch.
