Spring Inspiration Retreat
Last Sunday,
We participated in the "Spring Inspiration Retreat"
We began with gentle yoga for a half an hour.
Then We felt our own energy flow with Lying down meditation and yin and yang dance.
Then we visit universe trough "Guided universe meditation"
We sat down and had a lovely conversation about the springtime of our life.
Each of us shared our story and memories.
At Last, we finished up with tapping yoga,
and move to cafeteria for delicious Buddhist Vegetarian Lunch with more great conversation ;)
(*Korean Buddhist meals not only avoid meat and fish but also strong-smelling or pungent ingredients, such as garlic, onion, spring onion, leek and chive as they can stimulate desires and attachment.)
