We would like to invite you to a Free 4-Week Shower Meditation Course (Stage 2 of 3) – 10 am – Tuesdays – June 20, 27 & July 4, 11.

Shower meditation is a meditation that washes and fills the whole body and mind with positive energy to purify, heal, and illuminate.

As the pure energy works its way down the body from the head, the negative energy is drained, and the body is cleansed and purified, and the mind becomes calm, relaxed, and peaceful.

Please join us for Stage 2 class of shower meditation with experienced Buddhist Kyomunim (Rev. InMyung and Rev. HeaJin) leading the meditation.

Dear all Dharma friends

We hope that you are all keeping safe and well during the winter season.

Our breathing is in harmony with the breath of the universe.

And our lives are part of nature.

In July, to facilitate the wellbeing of our body and mind, we are having a healing retreat.

We would like to invite you to our special program of breathing, various meditation, ying and yang dancing, Tai Chi, tapping yoga, Dharma talk “How to overcome the pain”, and Q&A.

We will also be having a delicious Korean vegetarian lunch.
