We are all constantly burdened with worries and stress in our busy lives due to an uncertain world and unpredictable future.
These worries and stress cause irregular and improper breathing that have a much detrimental and negative effect on our health.
Proper breathing in meditation will help you release the burden of worries and other troublesome and negative thoughts, find freedom, calmness, peace, and tranquility, feel cleansed and renewed, and balance and harmonise the equilibrium of the yin and yang energies in our bodies.
Therefore, we believe that meditation is one of the best ways to improve our health.
