Relax and De-Stress Retreat January 2019

Dear all Dharma friends

“Let us turn a life of resentment into a life of gratitude.”

We often forget to be grateful for our health and well-being, and family and  friends we love and cherish. We all need to relax and de-stress to maintain, particularly our spiritual and mental, health and well-being.
So, come along to our January retreat for some meditation, chanting, qigong, tapping yoga, and healing massage, and find peace, harmony, and tranquility.
Lunch will be served with Korean food.
You will get to roll your own vegetarian rolls. It will be fun and healthy! Everybody is welcome. We hope that you can join us.
