Korean Kimchi and Healthy Food Retreat – June 24, 2018
Dear Dharma friends
Time flies ! Almost half of the year has passed.
We hope and pray that the rest of the year is meaningful and peaceful.
In the June retreat, we are mainly focusing on two things.
First, you will learn breathing and resting in the form of the elixir field meditation of Won Buddhism.
Second, you will learn how to make kimchi. June is the best time of the year to make kimchi.
Also, we want to show you how to make healthy Korean side dishes, such as Lotus root, tofu, and mushrooms.
Our goal is to enrich our lives through meditation and healthy food.
Lunch will be served with Korean kimchi and various vegetables.
We look forward to seeing you.
P.S. If you would like to participate in learning to make kimchi, then bring an apron. Also, you can buy some kimchi to take home.
