Retreat in May
May is just around the corner, and we are already into the autumn season.
We are all busy in our daily lives, however, attaining good health is essential to our longevity and quality of life.
Therefore, many of us are seeking to obtain and maintain a harmonious equilibrium of our mental and physical health.
We would like to introduce some teachings of mind study by Soteasan.
Healthy dishes with lots of vegetables will be served for lunch!
