Why do we need to have healthy foods?
Healthy foods are important for us to keep fit by providing necessary energy. They are beneficial to longevity by helping prevent physical diseases. A sound spirit also dwells in a healthy body.
We will have the opportunity to make some healthy Korean foods and eat them together such as gimbap, vegetarian mandoo soup and organic ginger tea made of ginger picked directly from our garden.

This is a photo of Sotaesan’s Great Enlightenment Day, where we commemorate Sotaesan’s great achievement in 1916 when he was attained complete and great Nirvana in Korea.
We share this day with our Friends and took photos after the ceremony at the Bensville Temple.

Great Enlightenment Day celebration and meditation – 29/04/2017
We are delighted to invite you to this special occasion.
101 years ago at the first light of dawn of the 28th of April 1916, Master So Tae San was enlightened to the truth of the universe. Won Buddhism was born on that day. Every year we celebrate this day as our spiritual birthday.
For this year’s celebration, on the 29th of April we will practise various types of meditation and Qi Gong. There will also be a special guest speech about the 1st words of Master So Tae San after his enlightenment.
Mr. Frans will play Musics for this Day.
