The fall has already gone and now it is time to make kimchi !
In May, we are having a Kimchi Workshop.
Korean kimchi is recognised as one of the five most healthy fermented foods in the world.
Also, eating kimchi has eight surprising health benefits, including assisting the strengthening of immunity, anti-cancer prevention, improving of vascular health, improving of brain health, and age prevention.
So, we would like to invite you to the Kimchi workshop where you will learn how to make kimchi, particularly cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi.
Lunch will be served with rice as the feature dish.
